I would like to share that a Public Hearing Notice was published in the Massachusetts Register by the Massachusetts Secretary of State on November 11, 2022. Through this revised Notice, MassDEP is providing an extension of the comment period until 5 p.m. on January 30, 2023.

MassDEP provides some language access interpreter/translation services to limited English proficient individuals free of charge. MassDEP intends to provide some Spanish, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean Creole interpretive services at the public hearings.
