Today in the House we took a moment to thank Mavis Smith in the Mass. Department of Unemployment Assistance. During the pandemic (and since) Mavis has truly been a godsend, helping hundreds and hundreds of residents process, resolve and troubleshoot their DUA cases. She may work behind the scenes, but she is truly a star who is richly deserving of this recognition. Thank you Mavis!
