Today the House of Representatives held a moment of silent tribute and adjourned in honor of former Rep. Francis L. Marini of Hanson who passed away this week at the age of 72. It was my honor to follow Speaker Mariano today in offering some words of remembrance for Rep. Marini, who served our district for four terms. Our condolences to his wife Meredith Marini, his daughter Patricia Glenn, and the entire Marini family. A wake was held this evening in Whitman and services will be held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in the Holy Apostle Church in Hanson.
