It is a tradition that each new state representative offer a maiden speech in the House chamber. I had the honor of giving my first speech this past Wednesday evening during budget debate and I wanted to share it with you. I spoke in support of a line item that provides funding for our local councils on aging so they can offer programs and services to our seniors. I’m pleased to report that it received bi-partisan support. Thank for you this opportunity. It is an honor to serve the residents of the Sixth Plymouth District!
