The Talking Information Center (TIC) radio reading network offers a fantastic resource for visually impaired residents on the South Shore and across the state. Today our local delegation participated in a legislator appreciation event for our support and advocacy. It was a pleasure to hear from some of the many volunteers who power the station as well as the dedicated staff, and of course founder Ed Perry! www.ticnetwork.org
